This AI Risk Disclosure & User Safety Notice (“Notice”) explains important risks, limitations, and safety considerations associated with using the Spanner platform operated by:
Kable – Creative and Digital Design Inc.

This Notice forms part of the Spanner Terms and Conditions and related policies.
1. PURPOSE OF THIS NOTICE
Spanner is an artificial intelligence-powered platform that enables users to generate software applications through automated machine learning systems.
Because AI-generated software carries unique risks, this Notice is intended to ensure that users understand:

The above noted list is not comprehensive, and violations of the law may arise from the intentional, willful, negligent, inadvertent, or reckless creation and / or use of generated applications and software. Users are solely and exclusively responsible for ensuring they are familiar with the appropriate laws in their jurisdiction, and for ensuring their use of generated applications is compliant with the law in all respects. Kable does not provide legal advice and does not warrant the lawfulness of user generated applications to third parties.
The user understands and agrees that they will indemnify and save harmless Kable, its employees, directors, and successors and assigns, from any liability arising from the creation and / or use and / or distribution of generated applications which does not accord with these terms and conditions, the acceptable use policy, or the law, and the user agrees they will fully indemnify Kable, its directors, and assigns, for any legal costs associated with defending such claims.
6. FINANCIAL AND BUSINESS RISKS
Applications generated by Spanner may involve:
• Financial tracking
• Investment analysis
• Cryptocurrency management
• Business decision support
These outputs:
• Are not financial advice
• May contain inaccuracies
• Should not be relied upon for investment decisions
Users assume all financial risks associated with generated applications.
7. DATA PRIVACY RISKS

13. HIGH-RISK USE WARNING
Spanner must not be used to create applications for:

unless independently validated and compliant with applicable regulations.
