This AI Risk Disclosure & User Safety Notice (Notice) explains important risks, limitations, and safety considerations associated with using the Spanner platform operated by:

Kable does not provide legal advice and does not warrant the lawfulness of user generated applications to third parties.


The user understands and agrees that they will indemnify and save harmless Kable, its employees, directors, and successors and assigns, from any liability arising from the creation and / or use and / or distribution of generated applications which does not accord with these terms and conditions, the acceptable use policy, or the law, and the user agrees they will fully indemnify Kable, its directors, and assigns, for any legal costs associated with defending such claims.


6. FINANCIAL AND BUSINESS RISKS

Applications generated by Spanner may involve:

Financial tracking
Investment analysis
Cryptocurrency management
Business decision support

These outputs:

Are not financial advice
May contain inaccuracies
Should not be relied upon for investment decisions

Users assume all financial risks associated with generated applications.
